Two properties sleeping 4 and 6

Le Petit Village nestles in rolling countryside between the Chablis and Côte De Nuits vineyards, in the medieval village of Fulvy in the Yonne Department. There are two gites available:

Coach House is a 16th Century Cottage with oak-beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles and flagstone flooring. It sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, one en suite, and has a fully equipped kitchen and two modern bathrooms. The open plan living and dining area has a beautiful, large original fireplace for cosy winter evenings. It has its own beautiful 100 foot garden, complete with an orchard of plum, apple and cherry trees. There is outdoor furniture and barbeque equipment for leisurely evening meals in the long summer nights.

Spring Cottage is a charming 18th Century barn complete with flagstone flooring, restored to provide all modern comforts. It sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms, both en suite, and has a fully equipped kitchen and two modern bathrooms. We also have cots and additional beds available for families and a selection of children's indoor and outdoor toys and games. The open plan living and dining area offers free wifi and British and French tv. The cottage has its own beautiful 100 foot garden, perfect for sunbathing, and there is outdoor furniture and barbeque equipment for leisurely evening meals in the long summer nights.

The gîtes have shared use of a secluded 32’ x 14’ heated swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubs. The whole property is in a safe, enclosed courtyard, and offers easy access to the Burgundy canal, which is perfect for exploring the area.
