This 4 star graded luxury self-catering and dog-friendly cottage is on the owners smallholding in South West Wales. Breathtaking panoramic views, own self-contained garden overlooking ornamental ponds and miles of glorious scenery. Perfect base for exploring south and west Wales. For birdwatchers, Red Kites and Buzzards are frequent visitors to our grounds. Lots of beaches, attractions, towns and villages within easy driving distance. Peaceful rural location but close to main roads (A40/M4). The cottage has a very spacious double bedroom upstairs, separate bathroom with wc, washbasin and electric shower. Extra accommodation can be utilised in the very large lounge downstairs which has two double futons. The main features of the lounge are the wood-burning stove (wonderfully cosy and romantic on those cooler evenings) and the huge south-facing patio windows which give sublime views right across to Pendine. Separate kitchen/diner with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, comprehensive cooking equipment and utensils, dining table and chairs for 6. Also provided: iron and ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer, LCD TV, DVD, books, games, computer with internet access and wifi. Large and secure garden (fully fenced) with decked patio area, picnic table, parasol, sun loungers and barbeque. Bed linen provided but please bring own towels. No restriction on number of well-behaved dogs over the age of 1 year old (wormed and flea-treated), but they must be fully house-trained and sociable. The owners strive to make your visit as comfortable as possible and are around most of the time to give any help and guidance where required. We strive to provide a "home-from-home."
