Y FELIN - Sleeps 8+4
Y Felin is a luxury barn conversion with oak beams and a wood burner. It has four bedrooms, two king size bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower and two twins which can be made into super king beds, one with en-suite shower/wet room and the other with a bath/shower room alongside. There
is also an annex with two en-suite bedrooms.

Kitchen and Living Area - there is ample space for the family in the sitting room with a TV and DVD player. The dining area seats eight comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped for a large family with fridge/freezer, microwave and dish washer. Relax on our leather suites on the mezzanine floor with the vaulted ceilings and oak beams. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Garden - Large enclosed garden with patio table and chairs, BBQ and trampoline.

Ty Gwyn set in the middle of the countryside has four bedrooms, two king size bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower rooms and two twins which share a bathroom.

Kitchen - The large dining area seats eight comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave and dish washer.

Lounge - There is ample space for the family in the lounge with a TV and DVD player. It has an adjoining conservatory in which you can sit and relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and countryside.

Second lounge/ games room - Comfortable seating with a small snooker table, TV and Nintendo Wii. Downstairs toilet and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Y Felin and Ty Gwyn are based on Penlan Isaf Farm, a working farm, overlooking the ancient town of Kidwelly with it's magnificent medieval castle and church. It has breath-taking views of the sea and countryside with a myriad of footpaths including one directly down to the town. It is a perfect base to travel from to experience Carmarthenshire‚s beauty spots. The 7 mile stretch of safe sandy beach at Pembrey Country Park is 4 miles away with activies ranging from a 130 metre dry ski slope, pitch and putt, adventure playground, horse riding on the beach and cycling along the Millenium Coastal Path. Other beaches within easy distance are the glorious Gower beaches, Tenby and Saundersfoot.

For Castle lovers there are fortresses at Kidwelly, Carreg Cennen, Laugharne(home to the famous Dylan Thomas Boathouse), and Dinefwr Castle & Gardens. The National Botanical Garden of Wales and Aberglasney House and gardens are nearby. Golf Championship links courses at Ashburnham and Machynys, parkland courses at Carmarthen and Glyn Abbey. Ffos Las Race course has a high quality racing programme. The market town of Carmarthen 8 miles away is full of character with shops, restaurants and entertainment. For fun days out families can enjoy Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park.
