Two holiday lets sleeping 4 and 6

These lovely 4-star holiday cottages are set in a tranquil valley in the unspoilt countryside of west Wales. Built into the south-facing hillside with terraced gardens they provide wonderful views over the Clettwr Valley.

Excellent fishing is available along the River Teifi, whilst canoeing, golfing and horse riding can also be found in the area. Brechfa Forest is ideal for walking and cycling.

Cardigan town, New Quay and the Georgian town of Aberaeron are all within a reasonable driving distance and offer shopping, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants.
Dotted around the countryside are numerous ancient and medieval historical sites, from Celtic hill forts to Roman mines and Welsh monasteries from the Middle Ages.
There are also excellent restaurants and pubs in the vicinity where one can enjoy homemade local fare or more exotic cuisine.

Each cottage sleeps 4 in 2 first floor bedrooms, one double and one twin with two single beds. There is an en-suite shower room in one bedroom as well as a bathroom with washbasin, wc and bath with shower over.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes Freesat TV, AV system and Wi-Fi network.
There is under-floor heating on the ground floor.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Each cottage has its own stable door access to patio and deck; as well as a shared garden with chair swing and patio furniture, picnic table and barbecue.

The cottages are self-contained and well-insulated; however, to accommodate larger parties, the downstairs halls can be opened as adjoining lounges.

We provide bed linen, bathroom and tea towels and the weekly tariff includes all electricity and amenities.

For the benefit of all guests, a ‘no-smoking indoors’ and no pets policy has been adopted.

We live in the farmhouse nearby and are always available if required.
