MILL BARN, STABLE COTTAGE, THE WAGON and THE SHIPPON have been renovated to retain their original character with stone walls, beams, cobbles, slate, granite and wood floors. With their own unique charm, they are beautifully furnished and decorated throughout with wood burning stove. Rated 5 Star Gold and 4 Star Gold.

MILL BARN - Sleeps 6 plus infant
Converted from the old farm's two-storey granary store. As you enter upstairs the large open plan living area has its original vaulted, beamed ceiling with great views across the valley. With a well-equipped hand built country kitchen, dining area, comfy sofas, widescreen TV, DVD player and a woodburning stove for those cosy winter evenings. There is also a separate snug room for games, relaxing, watching DVDs or for children to play in. The downstairs bedrooms consist of a main double bedroom with original granite floor and grain sill and adjacent shower room. Along the cobbled hallway are two twin rooms and a large family bathroom with a luxury freestanding bath on the original slate floor. Mill Barn has its own outdoor covered terrace with a BBQ, cobbled floor and old slate roof, and has fabulous views across our field and the valley. Parking for 3 cars close by.

STABLE COTTAGE - Sleeps 4 plus infant
Once the old stable this single storey barn sleeps 4 plus an infant. As you enter, the granite hallway turns to a large open plan living area with its original vaulted and beamed ceiling and granite floor. With a well-equipped hand built country kitchen, dining area, comfy L-shaped sofa, widescreen TV with DVD player and, for those cosy winter evenings, a wood burning stove. The bedrooms consist of a main king-sizedouble bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin room. There is also a large family bathroom with luxury freestanding bath on the original slate floor. Stable Cottage has its own outdoor courtyard and BBQ area, with access to the paddock and our small woodland. Parking for 2 cars close by.

THE WAGON - Sleeps 2 + cot
The Wagon has been renovated to retain its character with stone walls, original beams and oak floors. As you enter inside you will see the country style kitchen with a dining table and the comfortable sofa and log burner to keep you cosy after those long walks in the Cornish air. There is widescreen TV, freeview and a DVD player. The wagon is thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and decorated throughout. The bedroom consists of a large double bed and en-suite shower room, basin and toilet. For young families we provide a travel cot and high chair. We also supply fireguards. The Wagon has its own outdoor area at the front of the property with a table and BBQ, with access to a shared garden area and paddock. Parking for 1 car close by.

THE SHIPPON - Sleeps 2 + cot
Our Shippon has been renovated to retain its character with stone walls, original beams and oak floors. As you enter the warm open-plan living area there is ample space for relaxing by the log burner or just admiring the vaulted ceilings with the old beams. Thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and decorated throughout, as you enter into the main living area there is a well-equipped country kitchen and dining area at one end and the living space at other end with a comfy sofa and armchair, widescreen TV with freeview and DVD player and, for those winter evenings, a wood burning stove. The bedroom consist of a double bed and en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. For young families we provide a travel cot, high chair and fireguard. The Shippon has its own outdoor seating area at the front of the property, with table and BBQ, and access to a shared garden area and paddock overlooking the valley. Parking for 1 car close by.

Between the properties we have a utility room with washing machine and drying facilities airers, washing line, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. You can also wash and leave muddy boots, waterproofs and wetsuits there to dry. Recycling/compost facilities provided.

Within easy reach of the North Cornish Coast, surfing at Polzeath, sailing or fishing at Rock, sandcastles at Daymer Bay, cycling along the famous Camel Trail, moorland and coastal walks. Nearby are Padstow, Tintagel, Boscastle, Bodmin Moor and the historic fishing village of Port Isaac. Only half an hour from the Eden Project and 40 minutes from The Lost Gardens of Heligan. There are many local attractions for sunny or rainy days.
