Two holiday lets sleeping 4 and 6

Ideally located in the centre of the quaint village of Crantock, Cornwall. Churchtown and Lanherne Cottages are available to families and couples. Situated just 600 yards from Crantock Beach (dog friendly) they are also a stone's throw from village shop / post office and two pubs! The cottages are grade 2 listed and an ideal base for a fantastic family holiday or a quiet romantic retreat. Many visitors return year on year after experiencing these little gems!

THE COTTAGES CAN NOW OFFER W-FI ON REQUEST

Churchtown sleeps 4 and comprises an entrance hall, lounge, kitchen diner with stairs up to one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom and bathroom with basin, WC and bath/shower.
It has a sheltered south facing lawned garden with patio furniture.

Lanherne Cottage sleeps 6 and comprises of kitchen diner, entrance hall / lounge with stairs up to one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (ensuite - WC, basin, shower), one bunk bedroom, and bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath/shower.
Lanherne Cottage has a sheltered south facing garden with patio furniture.

Off road parking is available for one car per cottage. Additional parking may be available on request. Well behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £5 per dog per week. Cots and high chairs available on request. Bedding is included in the weekly tariff. Towels can be hired at an additional charge.
