Two holiday lets sleeping 2 and 4

Little Barn and Roundhouse are attached stone barn conversions within private enclosed landscaped gardens. They are located on the periphery of a small rural hamlet of Tremaine below an ancient church surrounded by country lanes and footpaths making them ideally situated for access to the North Cornwall Coast and Dartmoor.

The North Cornwall coast offers a huge diversity of attractions and activities including surfing on the popular beaches of Bude and Crackington Haven; walking on the South West Coastal Path; exploring the historic villages and gardens like Boscastle and Tintagel; cycling along the Camel Trail; sailing; rambling over Dartmoor or just relaxing and enjoying the spectacular rural and coastal scenery.

The cottages are within the grounds of our 17th century small farmhouse. They are comfortable, warm and clean. We welcome well behaved pets.

The Roundhouse (sleeps 4) changeover day is Saturday during the peak season. This has a large sitting room with vaulted beamed ceiling, central inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Traditionally fitted farmhouse kitchen breakfast room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom/wc.

Little Barn (sleeps 2) changeover day is on Friday during the peak season. Open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with inglenook fire place and wood burning stove, one double bedroom and en suite bathroom/wc.

The two cottages share a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, board games, books and maps of the local area. There is space for hanging wetsuits and dog towels.

The Roundhouse and Little Barn both have the following facilities:

• Fitted kitchens with electric hob, oven microwave, fridge and freezer.
• Fitted bathrooms with electric over bath showers.

• Short breaks are available with flexible changeover day.
• Rent is inclusive of all electric, oil fired central heating and first basket of logs.

At West Tremaine we extend a warm welcome and informative local knowledge (when requested) to our guests .Local OS maps, tourist information board games are available.
