Cosy Cottage is a delightful, nineteenth century cottage which enjoys a sunny sheltered position in the heart of Kingsand. Only fifty yards from the coastal path and five minutes walk to the village beaches. Sleeps 3 /4 in 1 superking Bedroom and 1 single bedroom plus sofabed. Non smoking. 1 small dog allowed by arrangement.

Ground Floor: Newly installed (2010) kitchen. Compact single bedroom. Separate WC + wash basin.

1st Floor: Attractively furnished large open plan lounge/diner. Dining table and chairs, leather sofa and chair. Single sofa bed. Flatscreen digital T.V., freeview, video, DVD, telephone, books, videos, games.

2nd Floor: Bath/shower/W.C. Master bedroom with a super-king-size orthopeadic bed, can be made into twin beds on request.

The cottage has a pretty outlook across the village with sea views from the sunny south facing patio.

Beaches, sea front, shops restaurants and pubs are 2 minutes walk. The coastal path is 100 feet from the front door.

Linen, towels and electricity are included.

Kingsand-Cawsand are twinned historical fishing villages by the sea. Picturesque and peaceful, the villages are on the South West Coastal path and stand in a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty. They provide the perfect base from which to explore 'Cornwall's forgotten corner'. Ideal for walkers, painters, boaters and swimmers. Village amenities include 2 safe clean swimming beaches, restaurants, traditional pubs, shops and parking. Local attractions include Mt Edgecumbe House with it's gardens and grounds, Rame Head, Whitsand Bay. In the summer months a passenger ferry runs from Cawsand beach to the historic Barbican area of Plymouth.

The Eden Project, the lost gardens of Heligan, Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Newquay, Padstow, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are all within 1 hours drive.

Price Information:

£175 - £600 per week.
Short breaks from £130 November to March.
Changeovers flexible where possible, especially off peak times.
