The Fowey river runs from its source high on Bodmin Moor down woody valleys, passing Lanhydrock House and on to the ancient stannery town of Lostwithiel heading towards the river mouth at Fowey. This 440 year old cottage is situated on the owner's working farm & boatyard, 3 miles from Lostwithiel and 2 miles from the picturesque village of Lerryn. The surrounding area has been made famous by the writer Daphne du Maurier and more recently by the now world famous Eden Project
