Rose's Cottage is a traditional cob built Cornish Cottage that was sensitively renovated and extended by the present owners in 2007.

The cottage is situated in a private road close to the centre of this pretty Cornish fishing village. The beach and small harbour are within 2 minutes walk. The accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms, 2 having sea views and one of which can sleep 3 by the use of bunk beds.

The stylish bathroom has a roll top bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs is a large living room with beamed ceiling and stone fireplace. A fully fitted kitchen with integral dining area and conservatory has french doors leading out to a pretty decked area and raised garden.There is level access with a ramp for wheelchair access,and ground floor shower and toilet

Off the entrance hall is a downstairs shower room with WC and separate utility room. Outside there is a useful store room for beach gear.Parking for 3 cars
