Little White Alice is a collection of 6 award winning 5 star sustainable cottages which opened in March 2011 where luxury and green awareness step hand in hand. Set in 25 acres of land with a unique natural swimming pool and wood burning hot tub.

Hidden in the heart of the Cornish countryside, Little White Alice is a unique private complex offering sustainable holidays in beautifully furnished green cottages. It’s a place of wide open horizons and warm luxurious interiors, a place to embrace the rhythm and nature of the changing seasons throughout the whole year. How you do that is up to you. Curl up by the stove or stretch out in the sun by the natural swimming pool. Stroll barefoot in the willow gardens or stomp out into our own wilderness and discover our new green magical woods. Whether you hike, ride, or bike or simply want to sit still Little White Alice can cater for all. We offer high quality luxurious self catering accommodation indoors as well as a whole feast of outdoor experiences to tempt you into our expansive communal areas.

Our cottages come in a range of sizes sleeping from 1-12 and we welcome children of all ages. It is also possible with enough foresight to book the whole complex for a larger party of up to 24 friends or family. Perfect for special celebrations, we hold a civil ceremonies license. We also offer short breaks of 2 or more nights out of season.

We are challenging the standards of most listed green holidays and have been delighted to be placed in the top 20 of The Guardian Green Travel List 2011 as well as winning Gold for Sustainable Tourism in The Cornwall Tourism Awards 2011 and Silver in Sustainable Tourism in The South West Tourism Excellence Awards 2011-12. Our site aims to produce all its own energy and water so your holiday can be as green as possible. You can even plant a tree in our new woodland to help offset your journey to us.

Centrally placed we sit between the North and South Coats of Cornwall with the sea less than ten miles away in both directions. The New Heartlands Project, Cornwalls free cultural playground, St Ives, Falmouth and the beautiful coves of the Helford are all within easy striking distance making us a ideal centre from which to explore the county.

Locally we are lucky to have the award winning pub The Golden Lion whose food and warm hospitality is well worth the gentle stroll to get there and a little further along the other direction is The Star Inn at Porkellis. For the more active and especially those with children there is the up and coming Stithians Watersports Centre and Explorer Cycles just on our doorstep with not only excellent facilities for a whole range of watersports but a brilliant play park, climbing wall, bikes and archery facilities. They also have the excellent Caffe Nova with superb coffees, cakes and light lunches.
