There are stunning views over Maenporth Beach from the living room and balcony of our cosy home set in tranquil surroundings.

The house is on a sheltered position next to woodland at the edge of Maenporth Estate and shares an indoor swimming pool and tennis courts (use included in the price) with the other properties on the estate. It boasts the privilege of easy access to glorious coastal and woodland walks, a lovely safe family beach and has a first class restaurant at the bottom of the drive.

Falmouth is only a stones throw a way and from here you can access the Helford River, The Lizard and Lands End as well as the rest of Cornwall.

The house itself is an upside down property and has three bedrooms, two twin (with sea views) and a bunk bedroom together with a family bathroom on the ground floor.

You enter the house on the first floor level. There is an ample entrance area with coat hooks and boot rack. Off this area is a utility cupboard housing the washer/drier and a cloakroom. The stairs to the downstairs is also accessed from this area.

The main living area encompasses a lounge/dining area and the kitchen. Ther French doors lead out to the balcony with wonderful sea and woodland views.

You can also access the outside from two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a door to the garden with views out towards the beach, whilst the bunk room has a door to the back patio. There is garden furniture and a barbecue provided. The property has lawns on two sides of the property so it is easy to find some peace and quiet
