The newly refurbished, luxury villa has a prime situation - overlooking and close to the beach, sea and town - whilst being privately situated at the end of a no through road. The villa comprises 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 adults in comfort complete with superkingsize / twin beds, 2 children in bunk beds, (additional roll away beds available), 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi baths (one en-suite) and 1 separate shower room with deluge shower. The villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and includes central heating, full double glazing, Sky TV (Freeview channels), DVD players, TVs in lounge and bedrooms, CD player, washer / dryer, dishwasher, American fridge / freezer, very large range cooker with double oven. It also include all linen, towels, use of beach towels, tea towels and mains services. Furthermore, in the private garden, there is a very well equipped games / fitness room including an electronic treadmill, air rower, solaria, 7 ft Pool table, table football, air hockey, darts, music system and a wide selection of board / outdoor games. There is also a 5 person Hot Tub. Plenty of on-site parking but only moments from the beach.
