The Lodges, Villas and Trenance House are set in the grounds of Lanteglos Hotel in 15 acres of beautiful gardens and woodlands only a short drive from one of the most magnificent coastlines in Britain. Have the Best of Both Worlds! - privacy, flexibility and every facility the hotel offers including - heated swimming pool / paddling pool, tennis, squash, badminton, snooker, pool, table tennis, Sky Sports, launderette and a games arcade. It's paradise for children with safe gardens, play areas, swings and woodland playground. There are restaurants, bar and a take-away. Close by you'll find superb golden beaches, seclude coves, picturesque fishing villages. FREE Wi-Fi wireless internet access available on site.
VILLA SLEEPS 3 or 4 + COT
These compact family villas are delightfully set in the grounds near to all the facilities, and are terraced in groups of three or four. All open out onto grassed areas - some are positioned higher on the hill with lovely views and open play areas, while others are conveniently situated lower down near the car park.
All villas have two bedrooms – one double and one with a single bed or bunk beds. There is a fitted kitchen with microwave, an open plan lounge/diner, and a full bathroom with electric shower and heated towel rail. The villas are all double-glazed with insulated doors, and have electric heaters in all rooms.
All units have telephones for internal and external calls, together with baby listening, and TV with 5 additional Sky channels and radio. All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival but you need to bring your own towels. Cots [bedding/linen not supplied] and high chairs are available if required for an additional £12.00 per week each. Electricity is included in the tariff.

LODGE SLEEPS 6 + COT
Spacious detached Scandinavian-style lodges set on the hillside a short distance from the main facilities. All have three bedrooms – one double and two twin rooms (some have one room with bunk beds).
All lodges have their own private patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
All have a fitted kitchen with microwave oven, an open plan lounge/diner, and a full bathroom with electric shower and heated towel rail. There is a night storage heater plus additional electric heaters, and the lodges are double glazed and fully insulated, making them ideal for early and late season holidays.
All units have telephones for internal and external calls, together with baby listening, and TV with 5 additional Sky channels and radio. All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival but you need to bring your own towels. TRENANCE HOUSE
SLEEPS 9 + COT
Standing apart from the other self-catering properties, Trenance is a large, five bedroom, light and airy family house. Overlooking the swimming pool, the house is fully equipped with everything you could need for your holiday.
The master bedroom with en-suite shower room is on the ground floor, along with a further double bedroom, one twin, one single, and one bunk bedded room. There is also a wetroom with power shower and spa bath and two separate toilets.
A spiral staircase (which can be difficult with young children) leads to the first floor, where you will find a large lounge/dining room with stripped pine floor, bathed in light from the double glazed floor-to-ceiling glass on two walls. On this floor is also an additional cloakroom, and the fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and automatic washing machine with tumble dryer.
Leading out from the kitchen is the superb sun deck with tables and chairs, sun loungers and a barbeque.
Trenance house has full central heating, telephone for internal and external calls, a DVD player, and all Sky satellite channels. There is also a garage for one car, and parking for a further two cars. All bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival but you need to bring your own towels. Cots [bedding/linen not supplied] and high chairs are available if required for an additional £12.00 per week each. Electricity is included in the tariff.
