Cosy Cottage is a delightful, nineteenth century cottage which enjoys a sunny sheltered position in the heart of Kingsand. Only fifty yards from the coastal path and five minutes walk to the village beaches. Sleeps 2. Non smoking. 1 Pet allowed.

Ground Floor: W.C. and a modernised well equipped kitchen.
1st Floor: Attractively furnished lounge/diner. With T.V., video, DVD, hi-fi, telephone, books, videos, games.
2nd Floor: Bath/shower/W.C. Master bedroom with a super-king-size orthotic bed, can be made up as twin on request.

The cottage has a pretty outlook across the village. With the sea visible from the sunny south facing patio at the front of the house.
Beaches, sea front, shops restaurants and pubs are five minutes walk. The coastal path is fifty yards from the front door.
All linen and electricity included.

Kingsand-Cawsand are twinned historical fishing villages by the sea. Picturesque and peaceful, the villages are on the South West Coastal path and stand in a recognised area of outstanding natural beauty. They provide the perfect base from which to explore "Cornwall's forgotten corner". Ideal for walkers, painters, boaters and swimmers. Village amenities include 2 safe clean swimming beaches, restaurants, traditional pubs, shops and parking. Local attractions include Mt Edgecumbe House with its' gardens and grounds, Rame Head, Whitsand Bay. In the summer months a passenger ferry runs from Cawsand beach to the historic Barbican area of Plymouth.
The Eden Project, the lost gardens of Heligan, Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Newquay, Padstow, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are all within 1 hours drive.
