Sleeps 2/3 people plus cot
GROUND FLOOR- Living Room with easy seating, gas fire, TV, Digibox and DVD, CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric cooker, fridge & freezer and washing machine.

FIRST FLOOR - Shower Room, toilet with wash basin & shower cubicle, large bedroom with a double bed plus one single bed (cot and high chair on request bedding not supplied for cot)

Gas central heating throughout cottage. The cottage residents have a private garden which is at the back of the cottage. Car Park (cars parked at owner’s risk)



Bed linen, gas/electric is all included in price. Drying and Storage Facilities.
