This modern cottage is set amidst some of the most stunning scenery in the National Park. Modern and comfortable. Well equipped spacious kitchen. Large lounge diner with comfy seats & cushions, lcd tv with sky & dvd. Roomy bathroom. Fantastic views. Large twin with full size beds. Romantic 'boudoir' room with draped iron bed. All mattresses memory foam. Bunk room available at £100 extra per week sleeps 2-6

This period cottage provides a cosy environment to relax after a long day out. It is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated with traditional materials & well-equipped throughout. Beds are solid pine with firm mattresses & duvets. In summer you can sit out in the garden, listen to the birds and watch the sun set over Wansfell. In winter you can snuggle up in front of the fire and still say goodnight to Wansfell from the window. Please note that this is a traditional home over 200 years old and the stairs to the top floor quite steep. Stairs to twin and bathroom are normal steepness. Warm even in winter, it has full gas central heating as well as a fire in the lounge. Electricity, gas and linen are all included in the price. sleeps 2-4
