Grange End Cottage and Carree Cottage are two luxurious 3 bedroomed cottages that sleep 2-6 people and are full of charm & character, both being located in a peaceful off road setting.

Both cottages are lavishly furnished to a very high standard, have roaring log fires and are beautifully presented with every modern convenience, lots of thoughtful extras, and are ideal for couples and families alike.

Our cottages are located away from any roads in a very peaceful setting in the small village of Cark-in-Cartmel yet only a minutes walk to the centre of the village and the 2 great village pubs both of which serve very good, homemade food using great local produce.

The 2 cottages were converted from a 19th Century barn by a local craftsman, and have thick stone walls, large inglenook fireplaces, oak beams, lots of original features and are both luxuriously furnished using a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture.

Grange End Cottage also has a 4 poster bedroom and both cottages have every modern convenience you would expect and need in a luxury holiday cottage.

Both cottages have totally enclosed, secluded, south facing gardens.

Cartmel village is just over a mile away and Lake Windermere is just a 10 minutes drive north.

Cartmel is the oldest and most picturesque village in South Lakeland, with its quaint cobbled streets, alleyways and magnificent 12th century priory.
