Surrounded by open countryside, our three cottages are warm and cosy all year, with underfloor heating from our ground source heat pumps, plus a logburning stove for a romantic mood. They all have their own washing machine and tumble dryer, and the kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher.

Bedrooms all have six foot wide beds, which can be arranged as doubles or twins as required.

The cottages each have their own outdoor area with table and chairs, and within our grounds there's further areas to relax, a barbecue, and a picnic area by the side of our beck, and you might spot one of the Red Squirrels that visit us.

The Byre - Sleeps 4, Dog Friendly. Can be linked with The Haystore to sleep 8. Changeover day Friday and Monday, available for weekend, midweek and full weeks all year.

Built 'upside down', The Byre has two double or twin bedrooms on the ground floor, both ensuite with whirlpool bath and shower.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas and an antique settle which looks out over your balcony. The dining area easily seats four, and above it there's a gallery with further chairs and a chess/card table.

Outside there's a fenced area for dogs, and a garden table and chairs.

The Haystore - Sleeps 4. Can be linked with The Byre to sleep 8. Changeover day Friday and Monday, available for weekend, midweek and full weeks all year.

Similar in layout to The Byre with two ground floor bedrooms, both ensuite with whirlpool bath and shower. The lounge features large patio doors, opening out onto a private terrace with table and chairs.

The Carthouse - Sleeps 6. Dogs welcome.

On three floors, the ground floor has a lounge with two large sofas. The Carthouse has ramped access for wheelchair users, and a downstairs wetroom suitably equipped for wheelchair use. Although bedrooms are all accessed by stairs, there is a comfortable single day bed in the downstairs lounge for use by guests who cannot manage the stairs.

Separate kitchen and large dining area, with a breakfast bar dividing the room. Upstairs, on two levels, there are three double or twin bedrooms, and a bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower over.

The Carthouse has a fenced and gated courtyard which is ideal for dogs, and a lockable shed for cycle storage.

The Byre can be linked to its neighbour, The Haystore, to provide luxury accommodation for eight.
