Single holiday let sleeping up to 9 guests

Set in the heart of one of the most beautiful parts of The Peak District National Park, Riverside House is a spacious and well equipped holiday home in Litton Mill.

Litton Mill is a Derbyshire conservation village which is close to Millers Dale and Tideswell and between Buxton and Bakewell. The property is perfect for family groups or reunions.

The property sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed, a z-bed, a single chair bed (suitable for a young child) and a cot.

On the ground floor is a well fitted cottage style kitchen with reclaimed pine surfaces with is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Also available is a separate games room with a pool table, PS2, television, air hockey and table football. (There is also a table tennis table in the garage area).

The very large lounge features surround sound television with Freeview and DVD and a log burner (we offer an unlimited supply of logs). The separate dining room seats up to 13 guests when the two tables are joined together.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, a downstairs shower room and WC which allow easy access for those guests who are less able.

Upstairs are three carefully designed bedrooms which are large and airy. The master bedroom has a double room with ensuite shower and toilet. The second bedroom sleeps 3 guests in single beds and the third bedroom is a double. On this floor there is also a family bathroom and shower.

Outside there is garden furniture and a barbeque and there is off street parking in the private driveway and double garage.

There is plenty to keep everyone amused in the local area including lovely walks right from the door. Alternatively you can just sit and relax whilst enjoying the pretty views of The River Wye from the garden and patio which are enclosed making them safe for children.

Millers Dale, Monsal Head, Monsal Dale, Tideswell and Litton are all within easy reach. The nearest pub is The Angler's Rest which is in Millers Dale (one mile). There are local shops and more pubs only 3 miles away in Tideswell or Litton and we are also within easy reach of the spa town of Buxton and the market town of Bakewell. Chatsworth House is nearby and a little further away is Alton Towers.

Cyclists are welcome and facilities are provided for bike storage.
Bed linen, towels, heating and all other services are included in the price.
Dogs and pets are charged at £15 each per week/short break.
