The property is in an ideal location for discovering a host of local attractions including the stately homes of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall; the UK's most popular theme park, Alton Towers; the historically important Derwent Valley Mills where Sir Richard Arkwright started the Industrial Revolution and lots, lots more.
