Cotterill Farm consists of five award winning pet free non smoking stone cottages. Three are for four people, one, a new barn conversion all on the ground floor sleeps 3 people and one, particularly spacious, is for two people. One of the four person cottages has two double bedrooms, making it ideal for two couples.
English Tourist Board 4 Star classified. All cottages have colour TV with Freeview Sky, (two of the cottages in fact have the full Sky package),videos, dvds, microwaves, radios, hair dryers, wireless broadband facility and our standards of housekeeping are considered to be second to none
The cottages are situated in a beautiful part of the Peak District National Park, between the delightful village of Hartington and its smaller neighbour, Biggin-by-Hartington. Ideally located for most of the major local tourist attractions such as Haddon Hall, Chatsworth House, The Dove Valley, Castleton Caverns and the local towns of Buxton, Ashbourne, Bakewell and Leek.
The 12 acres of land on which Cotterill Farm stands is surrounded almost entirely by a nature reserve through which a footpath runs on its way to the River Dove. Dovedale is one mile downsteam from there. There is excellent walking from the doorstep with a network of quiet country lanes, footpaths and bridleways and there are three cycle trails within three miles, one within one mile.

Varies depending on the week in the year, but from £280 to £500 including heating electricity and linen with reductons from these rentals for reduced occupancy, so a two person occupancy of a four person cottage in winter is £240 inclusive. Please see owners web site for exact information.
