A warm welcome awaits you at Stonehayes Farm Holiday Cottages. Stonehayes Farm is a 14 century Grade II listed thatched Devon long house with traditional barns which we have converted to a very high standard while keeping the outside traditional inside you will find a very high standard contemporary finish with every modern convenience to make your stay with us relaxing and enjoyable.

Four of our cottages have 4* Gold Award from Enjoy England and the Linhay is now 5*
Stonehayes Farm is just 2 miles north of Honiton in the Blackdown Hills on the edge of Combe Raleigh, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills of Devon. We sit in 17 acres which leads down to the small river Luv.

Only being 1 ½ miles from A30 and 20 mins drive from M5 makes Stonehayes Farm the ideal base to visit Dorset, Somerset and Devon. Seaside resorts of Branscombe, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are only a short drive away. Also many golf courses in the surrounding area to suit all abilities.

The five cottages sleep between 2 and 6 people we provide bed linen, towels, central heating, electricity and welcome pack is all included in the price. Four of the cottages have log burning stoves which we also provide logs to make even your winter breaks cosy.

** Linhay, Shippen and Granary twin bedrooms can now be made up as large double beds making it suitable for couples or families, **

Each cottage has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, electric oven/hob, micro wave (3 of the cottages also have wine coolers). Leather sofa's , tv/ dvd. We also have high chairs, travel cots, stairgates and z beds. Each cottage has a garden with bbq and garden furniture. We have a Games Room with a Pool table, Table tennis, Dart board plus more.

Parents with babies/toddlers we can also provide baby bath, baby bouncer, baby monitor, steriliser, potty plus alot more just ask and we will try to provide which leaves with less to worry about.

Golfers: We have many golf courses in the area we can provide accommodation for large groups or small we will sort out tee times etc.

Artists: We are surrounded by beautiful countryside which makes Stonehayes Farm the perfect place to stay and paint.
