The Lynhurst is a late Victorian ten bedroom house sleeping 22 people in a mixture of twin and double bedrooms. One bedroom has a double with two singles. Nine of the bedrooms are ensuite. The house is situated high above the seaside village of Lynmouth and has dramatic sea and Exmoor views. The house is arranged on four floors and some of the bedrooms have balconies where guests may sit and take in the stunning scenery.

The house is totally private surrounded by woodland and gardens, yet it is just a whisper away from the bustling villages of Lynton and Lynmouth and is where Exmoor meets the sea and is an area known as little Switzerland.

It is a short stroll to the pubs and attractions such as the original water powered cliff railway which takes you down to the village of Lynmouth with its harbour and beach.
