Robin Hill Farm Cottages has six high quality, well-appointed and comfortable character self-catering farm holiday cottages. We have excellent all-weather leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, hot tub, games room and large guest conservatory to relax in plus extensive outdoor play areas. We are open all year for flexible short breaks, weekends, as well as longer family-friendly holidays.

Robin Hill Farm sits above the hidden Jennetts valley close to Bideford, North Devon and is surrounded by green fields and woodland. The skies are clear and we have 14 acres of our own full of wildflowers and wildlife for you to explore. We overlook Jennetts Reservoir which offers Coarse Fishing. You'd never realise we're only 4 miles from the blue flag beach at Westward Ho!, the Tarka Trail in Bideford or within 20 minutes drive of 5 public gardens. We are a great base for a fishing or walking holiday and have easy access to the wide ranging activites and attractions of North Devon and North Cornwall.

Our six cottages were converted from fine old stone farm barns and cow sheds. They range in size from smaller single-storey two bedroom cottages (Wren, Swallow, Kingfisher - ideal for 1 or 2 couples or young families) to larger family-sized 3 bedroom properties (Gull, Heron, Puffin - great for bigger groups or those who just want a more space). Gull cottage, with an expanding table which seats up to 12, is often booked along with another cottage by two families or for special occasions. We have lots of baby friendly features - Stairgates, Cots, Highchairs and Bedguards are available on request and all cottages have black-out blinds, plug covers and toddler plates & cutlery.

All properties have Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens with integrated electric fan oven and hob, a dishwasher and microwave, freeview TV, DVD and hi-fi, full bed linen and blackout curtain linings, non-allergenic pillows and duvets (please bring cot linen), towels and tea-towels (please bring swimming towels), shower over bath. Heating via electric convectors and panel heaters is included. Cottages share a laundry with washer and tumble drier and a library of dvds, games, local information, maps and walking guides. Each cottage has a fully enclosed garden with BBQ patio.

Gull, Kingfisher and Wren cottages are dog friendly.
