Nestled in idyllic Devon countryside just outside Newton Abbot, this truly stunning Georgian property provides elegant and spacious accommodation for up to 25 people. Roomy enough for guests to find their own little hideaway yet sufficiently intimate to ensure an unforgettable getaway experience, Western House offers luxury country living at its best.

The spacious kitchen is the heart of the house, with the AGA providing a comforting central point. Guests can stand around the central island or relax at informal breakfast tables. The dining room has two spacious dining tables and provides an elegant venue for a special or commemorative meal. There is plenty of lounging space to be enjoyed - guests can relax in the morning or drawing rooms or snuggle up in the snug. Furthermore, there is a games room with pool table, table football, darts, toys and games whilst in-house entertainment includes TVs, DVD, Playstation 3 and CD players.

All of the bedrooms are individually and tastefully furnished in a range of attractive styles. There are 2 en-suite doubles, 3 doubles, 1 single and a room with a double and 3 single beds in the main house. Further accommodation can be found in the two annexes, The Garden Shed - a delightful conversion offering two double beds with en-suite bathrooms and The Annexe presenting open plan living with a double, twin and sofa bed.

Outdoors, there is a large indoor heated swimming pool with a patio for sunbathing and entertaining and a huge terrace with extensive seating and two barbecues, perfect for alfresco living. The very beautiful, mature garden offers plenty of corners to hide away in whilst a large pond attracts wildlife and provides a home for the resident ducks.

Western House is the perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. Dartmoor is on the doorstep and numerous National Trust properties are easily accessible. The nearest beach is 20 minutes away and Totnes, Dartmouth and Exeter are all within easy reach.
