Seaspray is the perfect get away for both walkers, families, beach lovers and star gazers! Located in Eype, which is a pretty village in West Dorset only 5 minutes from the market town of Bridport and also Symondsbury Estate. Eype village has a local pub, seasonal shop for the essentials and a church all within easy walking distance from Seaspray.
A light, airy living room has a comfy sitting area with TV and DVD player at one end and a table big enough for 6 people to sit at the other. French windows lead outside onto a decked area, part of which is dog and child proof. A gas barbecue for summer evenings and table and chairs for outside seating are also provided.
The kitchen has ample cupboard space for storage, is well equipped with lots of pots, pans and crockery and includes a dishwasher, cooker and fridge-freezer.
There are 2 double bedrooms, each with zip and link beds and a shared bathroom with WC, shower bath and a large heated towel rail. A cot and highchair can also be provided.
There is a further WC with a washer/dryer plus gas central heating so it is warm even in winter.
