The accommodation offers a comfortable Lounge and Dining Room with log fires and a spacious fully equpped family kitchen with Aga and full oil central heating.
It sleeps up to 8 people in three en-suite rooms. On the first floor there is a twin room with en-suite shower room. On the First Floor there is the 'Teesdale Room' which boasts a Four-Poster bed fully restored, with en-suite Shower Room. Separate W. C. servicing the upstairs Lounge and Family Bedroom with has an Antique King Size Brass Bedstead and Single Bed with another stacker bed to accommodate the 8th person. To this family room is an en-suite luxury white bathroom suite.

The property has recently been awarded Mobility 1 status with limited access for wheelchairs. There is a downstairs bedroom and ensuite shower room with level access to the dining/living area. There is one small step up to the kitchen.
