Luxury holiday home - sleeps 10

Llys Aber is a luxurious 5* Georgian house nestled in the heart of the quaint village of Solva. The house is only a stone’s throw from Solva's picturesque harbour and minutes from all the shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs and that this colourful fishing village has to offer.

With 5 generously sized bedrooms (4 en-suite) this lovingly restored house has been tastefully decorated and stylishly furnished to the highest residential standards and is a fabulous home for a holiday at any time of the year.

There are slate floors with under floor heating, a luxury kitchen, double sided log burning stove to warm the dining and sitting rooms and even a safe for your valuables!

There is a large sitting room with comfortable sofas, a 42” flat screen TV/DVD with full sky package. The room is well lit by two large patio doors which open out onto an enclosed, sheltered walled garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The driveway can park up to 6 cars and has gates that can be closed at night.

Linen and towels are provided. On arrival you will find a welcoming hamper which will bide you over til the morning. An online shop from Tesco would probably be good if you are arriving with a party.


Solva and its surroundings:

Solva was once a thriving port and this quaint seaside village still has a quayside bustling with activities of all sorts - a walkers, artists, fisherman's sailors, divers and bird watchers paradise. All this can be found on your doorstep and Llys Aber is situated right at the heart of Solva.

The house is only minutes from tree lined coastal path that reaches up from the harbour to the top of Cribyn Ridge, walk along the coast to Gwadn Beach, across fields passing ruined St Elvis' Cromlech and onto Pointz Castle Beach.

A short drive inland will take you to the working woollen Mill at Middle Mill or along the coast to Newgale's fabulous surfing beach (3miles). The beautiful city of St David's is only a few minutes' drive away and its cathedral is a must see! So there's lots to see and do close to this luxury holiday home in Solva.
