Dating from the 17th Century Terry Holt Cottage is a lovely 1 bed stone cottage located in the coastal village of Branscombe East Devon. It has been awarded a 4 Star Visit Britain rating and is surrounded by beautiful National Trust Land offering outstanding views and array of wildlife. Branscombe is ideal for exploring many coastal walks and trails. A leisurely stroll takes you down the coastal path to Branscombe beach. Local activities include rambling, horse riding, fishing and bird watching The village of Branscombe is situated on the the Jurassic Coastline between Beer fishing village and the Georgian Town of Sidmouth offering excellent shopping, tea rooms restaurants and wine bars. There are many picturesque coastal villages nearby to explore.

This cosy and newly refurbished cottage was fully refurbished in June 2008 and is ideally positioned in the centre of the village. The Masons Arms is a 14th Century country hotel in Branscombe and offers excellent 2 AA Rosette local food and there is also the Fountain Head public house renowned for excellent Sunday Roasts. Three National Trust Properties include The Old Bakery Tea House, The Manor Mill and the Old Forge, all thatched and are in the village. There is a village post office/convenience store.
