Bluebell is also suitable for families with children under 5 years with a cot & highchair being available upon request. It has an Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner, 1 bedroom with twin beds & separate bathroom. Sitting area has double sofabed (sleeps 2), armchair, tv, DVD & cd/radio. Kitchen area is well equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, built in double electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer & sink. Dining table & chairs (seat 4). CHILDREN WELCOME; however apartments Poppy & Tulip are not suitable for children under the age of 5 years. Children/Babies of all ages are very welcome in Bluebell & Crocus. Cot, Highchair & Baby Bath can be provided upon request.

FREE WiFi is available upon request. Linen, towels, electricity, heating are included in the rental price. Also a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival.

There is a lawned garden & courtyard seating area for guests to share, with garden furniture & BBQ provided for enjoyment. Also a rotary dryer & picnic bench. Private parking at the property, adjacent to the apartments.

For walking, public footpaths & bridleways are adjacent.

We are easy to reach as we are only 30 Minutes drive from Junction 10 of the M20 Motorway. For guests wishing to arrive by train, Rye railway station is only 2 miles away with trains to Hastings, Ashford (Eurostar link), Eastbourne, Brighton & London Charing Cross.

We also have a local bus service to/from Rye/Tenterden which passes our gate. For overseas guests, the Channel Tunnel at Folkestone is 40km and Dover for ferries is 68km. The nearest airport is London Gatwick at 100km.
