Toll Farm Cottage is a charming and comfortable two storey semi-detached property with its own entrance and private enclosed terrace. Located in an Area of Outstanding Beauty on Ashdown Forest, with 6,500 acres to walk in.

Situated on a quiet forest lane. It is within easy reach of three villages and is easly accessible to the A22 (half a mile) and A272 (one mile).

Fully central-heated throughout with carpeted floors, well equipped to a high standard, it is warm and comfortable in the winter. The accommodation includes:
