Situated in tranquil surroundings with a large private garden & parking for 3 vehicles, just half a mile from the Northumberland border & close to the historical Scottish Border towns of Kelso & Coldstream. Ideally placed for exploring, activity or relaxing breaks.
Courtyard house comprises of a large entrance hall with heated coat room & cloakroom. dining room, living room, and kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs leads to the three bedrooms, which contain twin or superking beds to your requirement. All three bed rooms have spacious en-suite facilities, two of the bedrooms have baths with showers overhead & the third bedroom has a large shower cubicle.
Renovated to the highest standard Courtyard House offers spacious accommodation, combining traditional features with modern comforts. A Biomass boiler provides all heating and hot water for the house.
We accept dogs, which are restricted to the downstairs area by a stair gate and we have a large secure garden.

Rates can be adjusted for bedrooms unused, for example, a discounted price for a couple using only 1 bedroom, or 4 people using only two bedrooms.
