Hael Farm Cottage is a recently converted barn with open plan living area above three bedrooms, having extensive views over the surrounding countryside. This includes a utility area housing dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The accommodation, fixtures and fittings are all to the highest standard. The living area includes a log burner. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin with en suite, and a third room with pull out divan to form a double bed. For sleeping 5 persons the cottage is rated 5***** by Visit Wales, the Welsh Tourist Board. The front two bedrooms have french windows opening onto a patio area, and the living area has french windows opening onto juliet balconies. There is a garden and barbecue area adjacent to the cottage and parking for 2 cars. Strictly no smoking, but pets are allowed by prior arrangement. A cot and high chair are available and the stairs fitted with stair gates upon request. All linen and towels (except for the cot), heating and electricity are included.

The cottage is located in a quiet farm yard (not working) down an unmade farm track. Access to the nearest beach approximately one and a half miles away is via a wonderful woodland walk, following an old smuggling route from Pwlldu Bay. Other beaches are a 5 minute drive and 1/2 mile walk, being quiet and secluded. There are sandy beaches and rocky areas with rock pools to explore. The wider Gower, the whole of which is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, has a host of attractions: birdlife, rare animals (otters), plants and many historical sites. There are many coastal walks, bike rides and other activities to entertain the visitor. The Gower, Mumbles and Swansea have many attractive pubs and a wide variety of restaurants.
