A charming C19th cottage recently completely refurbished to 5* standard. The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms on the first floor together with 2 bathrooms.

On the ground floor there is a self contained bedroom and specially equipped bathroom for disabled guests, with spacious entrance porch and a wheel chair friendly ramp from the car parking area. There is level access from the disabled guest bedroom into the living area. This consists of the lounge and dining area and a large well equipped kitchen, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The kitchen looks out onto the breakfast patio and up the extensive 1/3 acre landscaped gardens, which are fully child and animal proofed. There is also a shaded patio for afternoon tea and a large patio at the top of the garden with barbecue, which has dramatic views over the Loughor Estuary below.

The cottage is an easy walk to the village of Penclawdd, which has a supermarket, butcher (with Gower salt marsh lamb), post office, take aways, and a medical centre. The beautiful beaches of Llangennith and Rhosilli are a short drive away, and there are designated walks and cycle routes in close proximity. The whole of the Gower is designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, where there is plenty to do and see: beautiful uncrowded beaches, water sports, extreme sports, ornithology in several nature reserves, historical sites of interest, and charming pubs and restaurants in which to eat and drink.
