DELIGHTFUL COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF THE COTSWOLDS

A beautiful Grade II Listed period stone property located in the heart of the village, only 100 yards from the main street and River Windrush. Beautifully furnished, with period features including a wealth of beams, stone mullion leaded windows and exposed stone and timbers.

The large kitchen / breakfast room has a range of oak fitted units and an extensive range of appliances - including washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also an oak table with seating for four.

The conservatory features a large oak refectory dining table with seating for six and is surrounded by exposed stone and timber and overlooks the garden. The lounge has a delightful stone fireplace and leather sofas surrounded by oak furniture. There is also a TV with video and DVD, along with a music system.

The first floor consists of one double bedroom and one twin. The double bedroom contains traditional oak furniture with an ensuite shower + wc. The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and a vanity unit with basin and ensuite shower + wc. The second floor contains another twin bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. There is also a family bathroom on the 2nd floor, which compromises modern sanitaryware set around beams and stone.

There is a small South facing garden which contains Cotswold stone walls and mature flower beds. There is also a detached garage, and off street parking for one car.

Pets are welcome for an additional £25 per week.
