Hardwick House is a lovingly restored Victorian country house of grand proportions and delightful period features. Set in five acres of parkland the grounds feature a heated outdoor pool in a private walled garden which is secluded and ideal for relaxing, picnics or barbeques. There is also a childrens play area with swings and a slide and a huge variety of mature trees and plants to explore.

Main House Accommodation :
The West Wing Suite accommodates families of up to five (six with a baby sleeping in with the parents) and consists of three adjoining rooms and a large family bathroom with oversize bath and walk-in shower. The largest bedroom is the Master Bedroom and is a magnificent room with high ceilings and chandelier, king-sized double bed and which looks out across the grounds from two aspects. It has a 32'' flat screen TV with Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities. The second bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin whilst the third room is a single room, thus providing maximum flexibility for the larger family.

The Hardwick Room is a premium double en-suite bedroom also featuring high ceilings and chandelier with king-sized double bed. Newly refurbished the bedroom has a 32'' flat screen TV with Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities, while the bathroom has been finished in marble and has a bath with shower.

The Cotswolds View Suite accommodates families of up to four (or two couples) and consists of two adjoining rooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The larger of the two bedrooms features a 32'' flat screen TV with Freeview and king-sized double bed, while the second bedroom can be configured as a double or a twin.

The Drawing Room is simply magnificent with very high ceilings with ornate cornicing, a large chandelier, marble fireplace and views out over the grounds with access outside through French windows. It features a television with Sky including Sports channels in High Definition and plenty of seating for family and friends to congregate. The Games Room has a full size snooker table, further seating and also a pinball machine. The Entrance Hall welcomes guests with its open fire in the centre as well as providing a study area with WiFi internet connection. The large kitchen has a dining area which is ideal for entertaining and for set piece meals. It features all mod cons including a range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and stainless steel American fridge freezer, but there is also an echo of the past with the servants' bells on the wall.

The Basement Apartment links to the main house via an internal staircase and combines all the character and history of this Victorian house with modern living. Having benefitted from a total refurbishment, the Apartment was opened for the first time in March 2010. This space has been created with luxury in mind; the three double bedrooms each have an en-suite marble bathroom with underfloor heating and all the bedrooms have a wall mounted 32'' flat screen TV with Freeview. The lounge has exposed beams and a cosy fire with a further TV above. The kitchen has a granite work top, dishwasher and washing machine. There is WiFi access throughout. There is full access to the grounds which feature five acres of parkland and a heated outdoor pool for relaxation which is sited in a private and historic walled garden making it ideal for picnics and barbeques.

Recently refurbished, the Attic Suite sleeps up to six in style and comfort with a magnificent marble bathroom featuring top-of-the-range shower cubicle and oversize bath.
