The Stables is a stylish three bedroom character conversion which backs onto a lovely orchard and the Thames (fenced). Internally there is an ensuite, logburner, wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen and contemporary interior.

Originally home to the horses that farmed the land, The Stables is now part of an exclusive development of second homes on the Lower Mill Estate, a stunning 450 acre private nature reserve.

Within metres of The Stables is access to a heated outdoor pool (open Easter-Oct), fishing, beautiful walks (including the Thames Path) cycle paths, tennis court, table tennis, sauna and birdwatching. There is also a small food cum coffee shop (seasonal) that sells basics, lattes and wonderful homemade goodies. A good food pub is a ten minute stroll through the local picturesque village.

The Lower Mill Estate is located in the Cotswold Water Park- 40sq miles, 140 lakes, seven rivers and one canal. A variety of watersports are on offer such as waterskiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing as well as fishing, walking and cycling in stunning countryside.

A perfect base for exploring picturesque Cotswold villages and visiting historic towns such as Cirencester, Cheltenham Spa, Bath and Oxford.
