Conichan is a delightful 300 year old farmhouse situated in the magnificent Sma' Glen at the heart of the 6,500 acre West Glenalmond Estate in Perthshire. Sleeping 8-10 adults the property has been totally renovated and redecorated to an extremely high standard and facilities include an oil fired Aga with gas and electric Aga module attached and underfloor heating.

Nearby is an abundance of hill walking in magnificent scenery, several golf courses, riding and cycling. Many historical sites and gardens are within easy reach. Also there are watersports and tracked Snowcat visits to areas on the estate.

The estate covers about 6,500 acres of beautiful Perthshire countryside. There is salmon fishing available on the River Almond and trout fishing on two estate lochs. Stalking, grouse shooting and rough shooting can also be arranged on the estate.

The house itself features flagstone floors throughout on the ground floor and a large open plan kitchen/dining room with traditional fireplace, an oil fired Aga, 4 burner gas hob, Miele Dishwasher, underfloor heating, belfast sink, chest freezer, telephone. The Utility/boiler room has a washer/dryer and clothes drying facilities.

Also on the ground floor is a large drawing room, a twin bedroom, showeroom and a further twin bedroom/playroom.
