Little Canwood house is situated less than 15 minutes from Hereford City centre and approximately 20 minutes from the M50 motorway means that the accommodation is easily accessible. It is an excellent location to participate in the many local activities including riding, golf , walking, racing, cycling, canoeing and rowing.

Little Canwood House has large open plan kitchen with hand made unites and granite worktops.

There is an Aga (please state whether or not you would like it lit), 1 full sized oven and one oven/microwave combo. There is also a larder fridge, an under counter freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. At one end of the kitchen there is a relaxing sofa area with a television.

The house has a spacious living room with ample sofas. It is very light and has doors leading out to the garden on two aspects. There is a wood burning stove which is allows you to open the doors therefore creating the effect of sitting in front of an open fire. There is also WI FI and computer provided, flat screen TV with Sky and freeview, also selection of DVDs is provided.

There is a W.C. downstairs too.

There are 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 5ft bed with wardrobe, drawers and storage for several suitcases. T.V. En Suite with power shower.

Bedroom 2: 5ft bed with wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: 4ft.6‚‚ bed with chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4: Single bed with another bed underneath to accommodate 1 more person. Small chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Bathroom : With bath and shower over.

There is a grassed lawn area to the front and rear of the property. At the rear is a raised patio area and a raised lawn area. All of the garden area is securely fenced.

A cot, high chair, stair gate and fireguard can be provided on request, but please bring your own cot linen. Babysitting is available by arrangement.
