Hill Farm is a peaceful retreat and is located in one of the most lovely locations on the Isle of Wight. The views from the property stretch across rolling countryside towards Bembridge and the RSPB Nature Reserve in the East through to St. Boniface Down in the South. The accommodation consists of three properties - two five star and one four star which all exude an air of quality and comfort.

HILL FARM BARN - Five Star Gold Award - Sleeps 4 - 8 + cot
This 5 star barn conversion has exclusive use of half an acre of private grounds. The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms - 2 of which are on the ground floor. There are also 4 bathrooms - 3 of which are ensuite. Outside is a barbeque and decking. We will consider discounts for low occupancy.

HILL FARM LODGE - 4 Star Award - Sleeps 4
This wooden 'chalet style' lodge is contained within a private garden, has a southerly aspect overlooking Brading Downs and open farmland. The property is private and peaceful and provides quality self-catering accommodation for both families and couples.

THE LITTLE BLACK BARN - 5 Star Award - Sleeps 4
A barn conversion recently completed to the very highest standards. The Little Black Barn is wonderfully situated and benefits from lovely views over the southern part of the Island, Brading Downs and Sandown Bay from its south facing decking. The building is very similar to Hill Farm Barn but with more of a contemporary feel inside. The accommodation consists of one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom with ensuite shower. The kitchen is well appointed with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. The open plan sitting/dining room has a flat screen TV, oak flooring, dining table, chairs, leather sofa and occasional furniture. New appliances and furnishings throughout. Garden and Parking.
