The cottage is in a tiny Hamlet a few miles from the sea at Brancaster Thornham or Holme. The nearest village is Docking which has a pub and convenience store. Thornham has a deli/cafe/store and pubs.Titchwell nature reserve is two miles away next to the golf course at Holme. The back roads link to Brancaster Staithe, Burnham Market, with the iconic Hoste Arms is ten minutes by car on the back roads. Ringstead is a few minutes by car and has a good pub/restaurant art gallery and village store. Burnham deepdale has a very good cafe with other shops and conveniences.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one with twin bunk beds( these are full size single beds) with en suite wet room. There is also a family bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed . The open plan kitchen has a large dinning area with steps up to a TV room and further steps down to a seating area overlooking the private and secluded patio.The accomodation extends to a further sitting room with a glass fronted wood burning stove, there is a very large sofa bed in this room which will accommodate two people. The property is a single aspect house and has a pleasant encosed garden. It is possible to enclose the courtyard area to make it safe for dogs.There is off the road parking.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, Rayburn, electric cooker and gas hob. There is a small TV/DVD player in the raised seating area above the kitchen and broadband. Central heating is available at extra cost.
