Swallows' Nest near Holt is a delightful self-catering annexe adjoining the owners' Victorian home, Devonshire House. Just inland from the North Norfolk coast, it sleeps two (travel cot available on request) and the owners welcome one well-behaved dog.
Ideal as a base from where you can easily go bird watching, cycling, walking around the splendid North Norfolk coast, visiting the pretty Georgian town of Holt and the many National Trust estates in the area including Blickling and Felbrigg Hall.
Swallows' Nest has been recently refurbished to a high standard. There is safe off-road storage for bikes, off-road parking and you'll be spoiled for choice when choosing from the many excellent eateries in the area. The stained glass front door opens into the bright and airy kitchen/diner which includes dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob/oven, microwave, table/chairs, WiFi, two sofas, TV/DVD, CD hi fi/radio, maps and books of local interest. Wet room with electric shower and heated towel rail. Double bedroom overlooks pretty cottage garden. Utility (washing machine and iron provided) leads to outside patio area and shingled container garden with outside seating. Bed linen, tea towels and towels supplied (not beach towels).
