Kitchen-diner is the ideal place to prepare sumptuous meals for everyone to enjoy around the one large table. The kitchen is newly appointed with all the culinary items and equipment you will need.

There are 7 bedrooms, 4 arranged as doubles, including the master bedroom with its 4 poster bed and ensuite shower/WC, and 3 arranged as twins. All rooms are of generous proportions.

There are a total of 3 bath/shower rooms, the main family one having been refitted in January 2012 to a luxury standard with double shower and double bath.

The rear conservatory has been fitted out as a games area for the younger ones. This leads out onto the patio area where there is a large table and chairs to enjoy al fresco gatherings. This leads to the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. This is always a big hit with both young and old.

The large private garden then sweeps down to the cliff-top, which overlooks the award winning beaches of Mundesley.

Mundesley itself is a great small seaside town with plenty to do in, as well as several places to eat and drink. There are also some highly rated pubs and restaurants in the surrounding villages. Mundesley boasts; a post office, 3 village style shops, 2 excellent take-aways, a butchers, several clothes and gift shops, two cafes, a deli, a florist, an amusement park with crazy golf, a full size golf course.

From Mundesley, you can explore the whole North Norfolk region from Hunstanton right round to Hemby, taking in Sandringham, Wells-next-the-sea, Cromer, Sheringham, North Walsham, Happisburgh etc. You can also get to the Norfolk Broads easily and hire a boat for the day or longer.
