Our delightful and secluded cottages are full of character and include a Grade II Listed 16th Century Farmhouse and barn conversions. The cottages are EnjoyEngland graded 3, 4 and 5 Star and equipped with all you will need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Glorious views across the south west facing slope of the Culm Valley. The idyllic garden setting around the farmhouse pond is complete with visiting ducks.

Perfect for exploring North and South Devon and Dartmoor and Exmoor. West Pitt is located just a few minutes' drive from Junct 27 of M5, alternatively travel by train to Tiverton Parkway (just over a mile from West Pitt) - great access from London and all major locations.

Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, games' room, tennis court, children's play area and coarse fishing on site. With over 50 acres to explore there is an abundance of wildlife. A perfect base for walking and cycling holidays too.

The cottages for couples, small groups or groups of up to 18 in one cottage and a total of up to 44 in 7 cottages. Well behaved dogs are welcome all our cottages with the exception of the Carthouse and Cider Press which are pet free.

The Carthouse, five bedrooms, sleeps up to 10.

The Farmhouse has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9.

Lake View Cottage has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 9.

The Farmhouse and Lake View Cottage are adjoining with a connecting door and may be combined to make one cottage accommodating groups of up to 18 people. Perfect for family gatherings, birthday celebrations and hen weekends.

Willow Tree a super new eco lodge close the Farmyard Pond. With three bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) and two bathrooms, one with level access shower, the cottage is all on one level and specifically designed to offer easy accessibility for all. This cottage meets the National Accessible Scheme ratings of M3a for mobility, H2 for hearing and V1 for visual.

The Stable Lodges (available until April 2012) are good value accommodation for 2 to 4.

The Hayloft is an open plan studio with a double bed and is perfect for a couple.

Cider Press, available from April 2012. One bedroom plus sofa bed, sleeps 2-4. Super newly converted barn.

DISCOUNT FOR A COUPLE ONLY STAYING If you are a couple and keen to stay at West Pitt, please do consider one of our larger cottages. The Carthouse, The Farmhouse, Lake View and Willow Tree are great for a couple as well as larger groups.
