Our first four wines have all received awards in the premier UK competition. We now have a small range of still and sparkling wines available. All our wines are made on-site, including every stage of the tradional method sparkling production - see our videos on You-Tube.

Eastcott Vineyard's accommodation has been renovated to a high standard, making it suitable for year-round holidays. Our location to the north-west of Okehampton, is a central base from which to explore the whole of Devon. Also we are readily accessible for short-breaks, being around half an hour from the M5. Dartmoor and the dramatic coastlines of North Cornwall and Devon are all within easy driving distance.

MERLOT COTTAGE Sleeps 5

Our largest cottage, with 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower) and its own private garden.

CABERNET Sleeps 4

A spacious 2 bedroom barn conversion (one double and one twin), with open plan living area. Has shared use of a large orchard garden.

SAUVIGNON Sleeps 3

A cosy 2 bedroom barn conversion (one double and one single), with open plan living area. Has shared use of a large orchard garden.

Okehampton, known as the `Gateway to Dartmoor' lies close by with its range of shops, including a Waitrose supermarket and Castle. The Tarka Trail and Granite Way cycle paths are available locally. Numerous National Trust properties are slightly further afield e.g. Castle Drogo and Lydford Gorge as well as the famous RHS Gardens at Rosemoor. Cornwall's Eden project is just over an hour away.

We moved to Lower Eastcott Farm, specifically to establish a vineyard. The grape varieties have been carefully chosen, both to suit the English climate and the production of high quality sparkling wine, as well as a range of white, rose and red wines. Our first four wines have all been recognised in the premier UK wine competition, winning Silver, 2 Bronze and a 'Highly Commended' award.

All cottages are centrally heated and have a Freeview TV, dishwasher, washing machine, full size electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Linens and towels are included.

A cot and highchair are available on request. Please note that the staircases in Sauvignon and Cabernet are wider than a standard stairgate.
