Nestled in the hills of Dartmoor, only 2 miles from the A30 and a few minutes from many local attractions. The stannary town of Chagford is nearby, with its many boutique shops and excellent food stores.
The cottage has spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, two double bedrooms and is fully furnished, with underfloor heating.
The kitchen are complete with modern appliances including dishwashers and micro-waves, cooking utensils and crockery.
The comfortable sitting room has satellite television.
The modern bathroom includes both shower and bath facilities.
