There are four picturesque cottages available for self catering breaks located on the 800 acre Guyzance Estate. The Estate surrounds the beautiful 19th century Guyzance Hall, a private country house which is also available for hire. The cottages vary in size but all are decorated to a high standard and are ideally located with plenty of walks and leisure activities in the vicinity and within easy reach of all the major attractions in Northumberland.

All of the Guyzance Estate cottages have access to the tennis court and swimming pool on the estate (pool is only open between Feb and Oct 2012).

West Lodge sleeps 6 people and is perfectly located on the banks of the River Coquet. With views across the water, this cottage is ideal for nature lovers. It has a large lounge with open fire and kitchen/ dining room which is well equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a king sized double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on this floor. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a twin room with en-suite shower room and a superking sized double room with en-suite shower. Outside is a small garden to the side and parking spaces.

Stable Cottage sleeps 5 people in a half timbered detached cottage located at the rear of Guyzance Hall. It has a cosy lounge with open fire, well equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, separate dining room overlooking the garden and ground floor bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms - a king sized double, twin and single room. To the rear is an enclosed garden and there are parking spaces to the front.

Garden Cottage also sleeps 5 people and is located at the eastern end of Guyzance Hall, adjacent to the Ballroom. It is often hired out with Guyzance Hall but can also be hired separately. Garden Cottage has a cosy open plan lounge with open fire, dining table and chairs and archway through to a kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a large shower room. Upstairs is a further bathroom and 3 bedrooms - a double, twin and single room. Garden Cottage is next to the tennis court and has its own private garden at the other side of the court. Parking spaces are allocated outside.

West House is the largest property, sleeping 8 people. The detached stone farmhouse has a large lounge with open fire and kitchen/ dining room with gas range oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a ground floor king sized double bedroom with en-suite shower. There are 3 more bedroom on the first floor - 1 twin with en-suite shower, and 2 superking double rooms which can be split to form twins. One of the doubles has an en-suite bathroom and one has an en-suite shower room. To the front of the house is a large enclosed orchard garden and plenty of parking.

All of the cottages have freeview TV and DVD players and bedding and towels are provided.
