Set on the outskirts of Rolleston village in 4 acres of countryside and down a private lane, Rolleston Mill is a great place for family get together, reunion or hen night. The cottage backs onto Southwell racecourse and golfcourse and is within walking distance of the local pub. Also, only 4 miles away is the pretty minster town of Southwell with leisure centre, restaurants, shops and take aways.

There are numerous walks nearby (the Trent Valley Way passes through the property grounds) and Sherwood Forest is only half an hours drive where you can hire bikes or 'Go Ape' in the trees!

The cottage sleeps 14 comfortably in 4 double and 3 twin rooms and there is a large double sofa bed in the lounge which could sleep an additional 2 people. All beds have luxurious duck down and feather duvets and pillows.

The accommodation comprises:

Ground Floor: Lounge with TV, DVD and video, dining room seating 16 with CD/radio player, snug, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and table seating 6, double bedroom, twin bedroom and toilet.

First Floor: 3 double bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers over.

Externally to the rear there is a patio area over looking the golfcourse with table, chairs and BBQ. To the front is a garden area and paddock which is great for cricket or football.
