The cottage, which sleeps 2+2, is set on the banks of the river Sarthe with stunning views.L'Arche is a lovely Loire house, which was originally built as a bar & restaurant for the very busy river boat trade in the 1920's. It is ideal for couples and faimilies alike.
Located just 18 miles (25 minutes by car/motorcycle) from the historical and exciting Le Mans racing circuit.
The accommodation has a double bedroom (twin beds) comfortable living room with a double futon and English TV, modern fitted kitchen/dining room, toilet and shower room.
In addition it has a private Sun Terrace facing the river with barbecue, garden furniture.
The fishing at the cottage is superb, with large Carp, Bream, Cat Fish, and good size Barbel.
The lively village of Noyen-sur-Sarthe is 10 minutes walking distance, with Bars, Restaurants and a very good Supermarket.
